We accept cancellations before shipping and production of products. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be given. If it has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns of products. You have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of the arrival of the item.
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It must also be in the original package. You will need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return. Please contact customer service. Make sure to send the package to the correct address.

Note

Custom ordered or personalized items are not entitled to a 14-day refund.
If the return is by the consumer, the shipping cost must be borne by the consumer. Specific charges should be based on the carrier of your choice.

For our reasons, if the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer does not have to pay the shipping charges for this reason.

There are no return fees charged to consumers for product returns.


Refund (if applicable)

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive an email notification of receipt. You will also be notified of the approval or refusal of the refund. Once approved, the refund will be processed and the credit will be applied automatically. Within a certain number of days, to credit card or original payment method.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Then contact the bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be posted. If you've done all this and haven't received it yet, for a refund,
