We accept cancellations before shipping and production of products. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be given. If it has already been shipped, please contact our customer service via to apply for the cancellation. If the customer service confirms that the order has not been sent by the logistics yet, it can be canceled.

About Return&Exchange Conditions:
If you feel not satisfied with the goods that you received, please contact customer service at first time. And we will try our best to work out the proper solution to the problem.
If the product has quality problems, we are duty-bound to resend it for free.
If it’s a non-quality problem, to be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It must also be in the original package. You will need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return. Please contact customer service for confirmation.
In order to attain the best service and selection, please order the items need to be replaced online. Upon exchange, your credit card will be charged for the new item and credited for the returned item. If your purchase with a coupon, we will refund you the coupon as well and you can continue to use the coupon for the next shopping(if the coupon is still valid).

About Return Time Limit:
We accept returns of products. At LEDIN, we stand behind our products. If you purchase any product directly from LEDIN and are not entirely satisfied, you have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of the arrival of the item.

About Return Shipping Cost:
If the return is by the consumer, the shipping cost must be borne by the consumer. Specific charges should be based on the carrier of your choice.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect, it is LEDIN that duty-bound to undertake the shipping charges for this reason. And there are no return fees charged to consumers for product returns.
If the return is not related to quality issues, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. For example: the below conditions are not related to quality issues.
(1) Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and color difference in monitor display are not considered as quality issues;
(2) Subjective dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal reason is not considered as quality issues;
(3) Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors are not considered as quality issues;
(4) Defective goods that have been clearly indicated at the time of purchase are not considered as quality issues and will not be accepted for returns.
(5) Returns due to sizing issues are not considered as quality issues.
Note: The above situations can apply for exchange or replacement instead.

About Return&Refund Process
Contact our Customer Service Team to apply return, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. If there is any quality issue, please provide related images of said item(s) accordingly.
You will receive a confirmation email including return instructions and return address from our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.
After receiving return instructions, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and provide the related waybill number to our Customer Service Team once you shipped out the parcel.
LEDIN will take 2 business days to confirm your refund, and the refund amount may take 5-10 business days back to your account.
If you wait and don’t receive a refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Then contact the bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be posted. If you've done all this and haven't received it yet, please contact our customer service for help.

Please make sure to contact Customer Service Team before you would like to make a return.
Please do not return the package back by yourself. Any returned items not based on previous communication will not be accepted.
Please be careful when trying on the clothes and since you are supposed to return them in the same condition as you just received them.
Please do not return your order to the address that is marked on the parcel. It is not our return address.
