We will begin to process your order upon receipt of your payment and an email will be sent to you for order confirmation then.

  • Payment method?
Pay With Credit/Debit Card We support general credit card and debit card payment. Please note that LEDIN does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.
Pay With Paypal
When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.
You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on “Pay with Debit/Credit Card” and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.
  • Customs duties?

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in shipping cost. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers.

Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that LEDIN cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price according to customs regulations.

About After-Sales

  • Is there any notification about the order processing?

Email Notification About The Processing Of Your Order:

After your payment for the order, an email will be sent to you for order confirmation.

Once the order has been shipped out, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the package tracking number.

When your order is finally completed, we will also send an order completed confirmation email to you.

  • How to get contact with us?

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service by Email customer@ledin.net or FB Messenger@Ledin.Official. We will try our best to work out the most appropriate solution for you.

  • Can I apply a return or refund if I am not satisfied with the product?

We offer Easy Returns and Refund. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of the arrival of the item. 

  • Who will bear the refund cost?

If the return is by the consumer, the shipping cost must be borne by the consumer. Specific charges should be based on the carrier of your choice.

For our reasons, if the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer does not have to pay the shipping charges for this reason. There are no return fees charged to consumers for product returns.

  • Does LEDIN support exchange?

We offer item exchange service if it is eligible for an exchange. We are always trying to work out proper solutions for the after-sales issue, only to protect the right of our customers maximally.

  • How to cancel an order?

We accept cancellations before shipping and production of products. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be given. If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service via customer@ledin.net to apply for the cancellation. Remember to inform us your order ID and the reason of your cancellation so that we can better help you process the issue.

When your order has already been shipped, you can also contact us. If customer service confirms that the order has not been sent by the logistics yet, it can be canceled.

  • Delivery methods?

At present, we only provide Standard Shipping, and we do not support Express Shipping yet, nor do we support the option of Expediting Shipment. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will continue to work hard to develop these business services in the future.


  • Delivery Notes

Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping begins when you receive shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and order ID.

Most orders are shipped within 3 days after payment confirmed.

Please note that there may exist some delay on the delivery due to the influence of Covid-19.
